Secondary containment for industrial effluent.
Huinink installs secondary containment structures for above grade hazardous chemicals. Including municipal and industrial, and berm/membrane systems for oil tank farms. Secondary spill containment is the containment of hazardous liquids in order to prevent pollution of soil and water. The main goal of a secondary containment system is to isolate the problem until it can be effectively handled. Due to the hazardous conditions, the secondary containment coating is essential to ensure safety of the environment and workers.
Huinink sandblasted and rewelded the tank. Then installed a new 80 mil epoxy coating to an above-ground industrial clarifier, for Inco.
